Q: I have arrived at the location of the photo
event at my team’s scheduled time…Where do I go first?
A: Once you have arrived at Foto Day, look for the
sales table station, usually under a tent if outdoors.
When you are at the sales table, you can submit payment along
with your order form for processing. If you have not already filled out
an order form you can do so at the sales table on the day of photo day;
just remember that many other people will be doing the same thing, so it
is best to fill out an order form ahead of time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, check,
or money order.
Q: Now that my order form is filled out
and I have given my payment to the cashier at the sales table, what
next?
A: After your payment has been
received, the sales table associate will return it to you with a stamp
indicating that it has been processed. Please detach the bottom,
perforated portion of the order form and take the order form as well as
your child to the individual photographer station as soon as you are
ready to take an individual photo.
Q: Can my child take his or her
individual photo before his team picture or does it have to be at or
after his or her scheduled time?
A: As long as you have filled out an
order form and received a stamp from the sales table, you are free to
take whichever photo you would like to first.
Q: I have more than one child playing
in the league can I fill out one order form for all of them?
A: No, we need you to fill out one order form for
each child separately.
Q: If I have more than one child and I
want to have them photographed together instead of separately, can I do
that?
A: Yes, you may have as many
individuals appear in an individual pose as will fit in the frame.
Q: I am ordering a package for each of
my children, but in addition, I want to have a photo of the two of them
together, can I add that to my package?
A: You may have the children photographed
separately and together, but for each pose we will need you to fill out
an order form and you may order items from the additional print prices.
Q: Can I only purchase items from the
back page of the price list without purchasing a package?
A: Yes, you may purchase any item on the price list
that does not indicate a package must be purchased first.
Q: I have more than one child playing
in the league; can you combine their orders into one package so that I
only have to pay the shipping and sales tax charge once?
A: We can combine the shipments of multiple
children, but you must clearly print the name of each child's name that
is being matched together on EACH order form.
Q: I have taken my child’s individual
photo and handed my order form to the photographer…Do I need any
paperwork to take a team picture?
A: No, you may simply wait with your team near the
team photographer until all of your team’s players (or as many as are
going to show up) have arrived and take the team photo. You do not need
your order form to participate.
