
1. How do I know when to show up to get my child’s photo taken?
A: Before every photo day, we will send your league a photo schedule, showing the time that we have scheduled them to arrive for a team photo.
2. When can my child take his/her individual photo?
A: If you are only interested in having your child’s taken with the team, you do NOT have to fill out any order forms or purchase any items. If you wish to have your child’s individual photo taken, you MUST fill out an order form. If you are unsure of whether you want to purchase photos or not, you may still have a photo taken to be purchased through our website after the event if you inform the sales table that you wish to “Pay Later” and have that written on your order form.
4. What happens if I miss our scheduled team photo time?
A: If you miss your child’s scheduled photo time, we can reshoot the team and substitute that team photo for the original team photo taken prior to your arrival if your team notifies one of our staff that you wish to have your team re-photographed. Participating in this re-shoot is your team and coach’s choice and responsibility. We cannot force a team to be re-shot.
5. What happens if we are unable to reshoot a second photograph?
A: You can still take an individual photograph and we can substitute an individual pose for any of the team photo products in any of our packages where team and individual only products are available.

Where can I get information about
pricing and packages?
A: Before every photo day, we provide your league with a price list and order form in PDF format to distribute via e-mail, or print and distribute to you and your fellow participants. If for some reason you did not receive a copy of the price list and order form, you may request one by sending e-mail to service@fotoillusion.com . Please do not forget to include the name of the league and sport of the event for which you are requesting a price list and order form.
