How long will it take for the photos to be processed?
A: On average, your photos
should arrive in your mailbox within 2-3 weeks after photo day.

Do I go pick up the photos at the league?
A: No, all photo products
will be mailed directly to the mailing address specified on your order
form.

Some of the children in the league have already received their orders
and I have not, or one child has received his or hers and another one
has not, are my photos lost?
A: Typically no, all orders
are submitted for processing and batched according to teams, there are
special cases where your order might be delayed as a result of missing
information or invalid payment processing, however we will typically
notify you if that is the case.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
A:

I have contacted customer service and I am unable to speak with anyone
about my problem when I call the toll free number, what do I do?
A: Due to the time
intensive nature of resolving most types of issues with missing or
incorrect photos, we will typically need to research the details of the
order from the actual order form and order details in our order system.
Therefore, we are unable to solve problems immediately over the phone.
If you have called customer service and are unable to reach a live
person, please leave as much information about your problem as possible,
per the instructions located in the Customer Service Page, and wait for
one of our staff to contact you. For most issues we are able to resolve
the problem before we contact you.

How do I reorder photos?
A: For your convenience, we
offer online ordering of all events taken in Florida through the
Order Photos Online section of our website. If there is a package or
product you cannot order through that web interface, please contact us
at 1-866-595-6651, or send an e-mail to
service@fotoillusion.com
and we will be happy to assist you with your reorder.

I am not happy with my photos…What do I do?
A: You may mail your entire photo package to our offices for a full
refund, contact customer service for details how to do this.

I received the correct team photo, but not the correct individual
photo…how can I get the correct individual?
A: When you call or e-mail our customer service department, please
indicate from the team photo you received, where your child is posing in
the photograph (i.e. top row, standing, third from left with red hair).
9.
I did not receive the correct team photo…How do I get the correct team
picture?
A: When you call or e-mail our
customer service department, please indicate the coach name, team name
or number, and age group of the correct team you are looking for.
